📦 Chetaru Shipping Policy

At Chetaru (operated by Shree Shubh Consultancy), we aim to process and deliver your orders as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we manage the delivery of your purchases.

🚚 Order Processing:

• Order will be deliver with in 5 – 7 Business days to your Original Payment method.
• Orders placed on weekends, national holidays, or holidays recognized by Shree Shubh Consultancy will be processed and shipped within 4 business days.
• In rare circumstances, such as extreme weather or unusual spikes in demand, there may be delays in shipment processing. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
• If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

❌ Order Cancellation:

• Orders cannot be canceled 2 days after being placed.
• Once an order has been accepted by the supplier and fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.
• If the product has been purchased upfront to fulfill your COD/Prepaid order, the order cannot be canceled.
• To cancel your order, log in to your account on Chetaru.co.in and select the cancellation option for the respective order.

🔄 Returning an Order:

• A return request can only be initiated after you have received the product.
• All return requests must be submitted via our website’s return portal.
• Once the return request is validated, a reverse pickup will be scheduled to collect the item from your location.
• Ensure the item is properly packaged for the reverse pickup.
• After we receive the returned item and it passes all quality checks, we will refund the cost of the item, excluding the return shipping fee.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

• We use reputed courier partners to ship all orders.
• You can track your shipment and view the courier details on Chetaru.co.in via your account.
• Signature upon delivery may not be possible for all deliveries. It is your responsibility to be available to receive the package. If unavailable, the courier may leave the package at the address at their discretion.

💵 COD Product Refusal:

• If you refuse to accept a Cash on Delivery (COD) product, it will be returned to us, and you will need to place a new order for that product.

💸 Shipping Charges:

• A flat ₹49 shipping charge will apply to orders where the cart total is below ₹1000.
• Orders with a cart total above ₹1000 are eligible for free shipping.
• Items sold through social commerce platforms are eligible for free shipping regardless of the cart total.

• Please provide a complete street address with pin code and nearest landmark for smooth delivery.
• We utilize various shipping carriers based on the destination and type of product.
