Creating an account on Chetaru is quick and easy! Simply click on the “My Account” dropdown arrow located at the top right corner of the page, and select “Create your account.”

How can I save my address on Chetaru?
When you sign up for your Chetaru account, you can enter all your details, including your address and phone number, on your account page. This information will be saved for future orders, so you won’t have to fill it in every time! To manage your addresses, visit the “My Account” page and click on the “My Addresses” tab.
What if I have forgotten my account password?
If you forget your password, simply click on the ‘Recover Password’ link located below the sign-in area. You will be redirected to a page where you can enter your registered email address. Shortly after, you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.

We deliver to all locations where our delivery partners can operate. We are continuously working to expand our coverage area. Legal restrictions may also affect delivery in certain areas, due to the pandemic or other reasons.

Can I purchase from outside India and have it delivered to an address in India?

It’s perfectly fine if your order is shipped in multiple shipments. This means that different parts of your order may be dispatched from different warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will only pay the shipping/CoD charges, if applicable, on the first package you receive.
