At Chetaru (operated by Shree Shubh Consultancy), customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our return and refund process is designed to be quick and easy.

Return will be credited to original payment method with in 7 Business days.

To be eligible for a return, you must generate a return request by clicking the button below:

Please note that return requests via email will not be accepted. Return requests must be generated through the link provided above with the following details:

• • Order details

• • Invoice

• • Image of the shipping label

• • Images of the front and back of the product

• • Video (if applicable)

The product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

💸 Refund Process:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment (credit card, bank account, etc.), provided the order was prepaid.

• • For COD Orders: We will require either your UPI number or Bank Account details (Account Number, Account Holder Name, IFSC Code) to process your refund. In many cases, a Cashgram link will be provided for the refund. Cashgram is part of Cashfree, a secure payment gateway
  • Refund will be credited to original payment method with in 7 Business days.

⏰ Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• • Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to post.

🔄 Exchange Policy:

We typically do not offer exchanges. However, in some cases, we replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send an email to support@chetaru.co.in and we will assist you with the next steps.

🚚 Return Shipping:

• • To return your product, please raise a return request on our portal within 3 days of receiving the product. The item will be picked up from your doorstep.

• • In extraordinary cases, if you need to ship the product yourself, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

• • Shipping Time: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

❌ Order Cancellations:

• • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours, provided the order has not been shipped.

• • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

🛠 Received a Damaged Product?

• • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours.
